Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate product, business, tax, compliance, and account information; maintaining lawful marketplace activity; reviewing approvals; and complying with each marketplace’s policies.

Results and platform decisions

We provide professional support but cannot guarantee sales, rankings, advertising outcomes, account approvals, or uninterrupted platform access. Marketplace decisions and systems remain outside our control.

Intellectual property

Marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership. Client materials remain subject to the client’s rights and the terms agreed for the engagement.
